Danny Jester – CEO/President
Danny Jester has over twenty years of experience creating, building, and managing companies. He uses a hands-on style of management, operationally focused, with an emphasis on the processes, the technology, and the checks and balances to build scalable businesses. Mr. Jester is the Founder and CEO of TruEnergy, one of the country’s largest privately-held commercial electricity brokers. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Akiton SA de CV, a Mexican company based in the state of Colima near Manzanillo, that owns and operates a rock crushing plant for aggregates and sand used in commercial construction and highway projects. Mr. Jester holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University.
Chuck Moses – Director of Operations
Chuck Moses, Director of Operations, spent eleven years of his early career with the Unites States Marine Corp, necessitating integrity and bilingual language skills specializing in military intelligence and crypto-logic linguists. He has spent that past twenty years as a serial entrepreneur, founding and managing companies and peoples across several industry sectors including real estate, telecommunications, commodities, mining, and international trade. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Akiton SA de CV, a Mexican company based in the state of Colima near Manzanillo, that owns and operates a rock crushing plant for aggregates and sand used in commercial construction and highway projects. He is a natural problem solver with an insatiable and proven ability to get inside of an issue, adopt multiple perspectives, analyze and devise smart strategies, guide senor level executive decision-making, and mobilize the right assets and resources to drive achievement of mission-critical initiatives, and delivering excellence in challenging new markets. Mr. Moses, with his bi-lingual fluency in English/Spanish, is an exceptional communicator with negotiation, problem resolution, and client needs assessment aptitude.
Michael Chalou – Director of Logistics
Michael Chalou has over twenty-five years of experience in the Transportation Industry, and close to ten years in several aspects of oil field specific transportation. Mr. Chalou also has seven years completions experience (mostly frac) dealing with engineering, down hole, equipment operation, site set-up, CT, Wireline, safety, propant, chemical, job efficiency/problem solving, and corporate issues as they arise. Mr. Chalou has developed several well tracking/logistics productivity systems that are being utilized by companies in the industry today. Mr. Chalou has thorough knowledge, certifications, and training in industry standards including, but not limited to: DOT Compliance, HSE/OSHA Safety Compliance, Equipment Operation, H2S Equipment Training/Compliance, Site Management, Respirator Training/Compliance/Emergency Extraction, I.C.S.(Incident Command System) Federal Training, Emergency Medical/CPR Training, Trans loading/Railroad Safety/Union Pacific Training, Locomotive Operational Training, Fleet Management, Fleet Maintenance Management, HR Management, and Operational Management. Mr. Chalou is process driven, focusing on bottom-line results with an emphasis on safety.
Timothy Seiffert, – Regional Manager/Human Resources
Timothy Seiffert has twenty-one successful years in the trucking logistics industry as well as operations management, predominately in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Seiffert holds numerous industry certifications including: DOT compliance, fleet management, operations conformity, OSHA certification of Safety management, Safety Supervision of Motor Fleet from TXTA, Certified Rigging Instructor, Certified H2S Instructor, as well as a certified man lift and fork lift operations instructor license. In addition to his achievements and certifications, he also holds a Class A CDL license. Throughout his career, his primary objective has been to undertake the challenging field of the oil and gas industry where he is able to utilize his broad training and experience. He is result driven with highly developed interpersonal skills while maintaining excellent customer relations and has been instrumental in the achievements and successes of Bobeaux Trucking. Mr. Seiffert possesses the unique ability to address any obstacle from an outside perspective, allowing him the advantage of thinking outside the box with regard to problem solving. He is a respectable and reliable individual with an outstanding work ethic and always has a forward-thinking attitude.
Jason Bobo – Advisor
Jason Bobo, Advisor and equity partner, has over twenty years hand-on experience in the oilfield services area of trucking, construction, and well-completion. Mr. Bobo holds numerous industry certifications, and has acted as a Senior Consultant to Chevron, Conoco Philips, Shell Exploration, Hess, and many independent oil and gas operators. Mr. Bobo was also the owner of Bobo Oilfield Services and Trucking from 2000 to 2011, providing construction, transportation, and completion for companies including EXCO Productions, Goodrich Petroleum, Devon Energy, Cabot Oil & Gas, Forest Oil, Anadarko, and Chesapeake
